School Visits During a Pandemic

We get it- navigating school incursions and excursions is difficult, especially since COVID19 lockdowns and restrictions!

That's why AYJC has implemented a new booking and payment system to give you and your school piece-of-mind.

1. Book your taster workshop/s with one of our friendly team

That date will be reserved for your school and arrangements will be made around which workshop/s, location, timing, approximate student numbers, language level, etc.

2. Within 2 weeks before the scheduled visit provide final numbers

You will be invoiced for the total number of students and number of workshops. We will also provide Working With Children Check information, Insurance Certificate and a COVID Safety Plan if necessary.

3. Final checks to restrictions

In the week leading up to your Taster Workshop, we will monitor local and federal government restrictions and advice. If there are any nearby cases or movement restrictions in place, we will postpone our visit to your school.

4. Payment of Invoice

We ask for payment of the invoice within 1 week after our visit to your school. By delaying payment to after the Taster Workshop, we avoid the risk of having to arrange reimbursement or locking in a postponement. Payments can be made via direct debit or bank transfer.
